Neil Bloomfield started this firm in 1974 after graduating Harvard Law School and then working for three years with the New York firm of Willkie Farr and Gallagher. The firm delivers high quality service and has an impressive track record in complex litigation and trial matters. The firm has recently expanded and added two additional attorneys.

The firm's historical role was in corporate and commercial litigation, transaction advice, and plaintiffs' trial work. A number of projects involved complex and multi-party state and federal litigation, real estate law, and general civil litigation.

The personal injury practice has evolved to include serious personal injury cases (wrongful death, auto accidents, industrial accidents and slip and fall); legal malpractice, and large injury medical malpractice cases.

The family law, estate planning, and probate areas of practice have become quite successful. The firm handles will contests, trust and will administration, child custody issues, conservatorships, divorce, spousal support, child support cases, wrongful termination and employment discrimination cases.
